ZoneSync — World Clock & Timezone Converter

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ZoneSync. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

ZoneSync is a timezone utility application that helps users manage multiple time zones, convert times between regions, and plan meetings across different time zones. The app includes widget support for quick timezone checks.

ZoneSync provides time and timezone information for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that time zone data, daylight saving time transitions, or time conversions are always 100% accurate.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying time-critical information independently, especially for important meetings, flights, or deadlines.
• You should not rely solely on ZoneSync for mission-critical time management without independent verification.
• You must use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscriptions and Payments

• ZoneSync offers subscription-based premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Intellectual Property

ZoneSync and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Murat Can Cicek and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Murat Can Cicek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use ZoneSync
• Any reliance on time zone data, conversions, or scheduling information provided by the app
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the app's time data or functionality
• Any missed meetings, appointments, or deadlines resulting from app usage

Disclaimer of Warranties

ZoneSync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZoneSync at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZoneSync after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
