VitalTrack — Medication Tracking & Health Monitoring

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using VitalTrack. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

VitalTrack is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The app is designed to help you track medications and health data for personal informational purposes only.

VitalTrack is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or medication.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the health data you enter into VitalTrack.
• You should not rely on VitalTrack as your only method of medication management or health monitoring.
• You are responsible for following your healthcare provider's instructions regarding medications and treatments.
• You must not use VitalTrack for emergency medical situations. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Health Recommendations

Any reminders, suggestions, or informational content provided by VitalTrack are for general wellness purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any health-related information or recommendations displayed in the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

• VitalTrack may offer subscription-based premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Intellectual Property

VitalTrack and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Murat Can Cicek and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Murat Can Cicek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use VitalTrack
• Any reliance on health data, reminders, or information provided by the app
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the app's content or functionality
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

Disclaimer of Warranties

VitalTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VitalTrack at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VitalTrack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
