How do I add a new medication?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, then enter the medication name, dosage, frequency, and schedule. You can also set reminders so you never miss a dose.
How do I edit or delete a medication?
Swipe left on any medication in your list to see edit and delete options. You can also tap on a medication to open its detail view and make changes from there.
How is my data stored?
All of your health data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data is synced across your own Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. We never store your data on our servers.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Export Data. You can export your medication history and health records as a PDF or CSV file, which you can then share with your healthcare provider or save for your own records.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to your device's Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select VitalTrack > Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings > Delete All Data. This will permanently remove all medications, vitals, symptoms, and mood entries from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, data will also be removed from your other devices.
Is my health data shared with anyone?
No. Your data is never sold, shared, or sent to any third parties. It stays on your device and within your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled.
The app is not sending me reminders. What should I do?
Make sure notifications are enabled for VitalTrack in your device's Settings > Notifications > VitalTrack. Also check that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes are not blocking notifications.
