SoulScribe — Spiritual Journaling, Prayer & Gratitude

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SoulScribe. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Purpose of the App

SoulScribe is designed to support personal spiritual journaling, prayer tracking, and gratitude practice. The app provides tools and AI-powered insights for personal reflection purposes only.

AI Insights Disclaimer

The AI-powered insights provided by SoulScribe are intended to help you identify patterns and themes in your journaling. These insights are:

• Not professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
• Not a substitute for licensed mental health professionals, spiritual directors, or clergy.
• Generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or applicable to your situation.
• For personal reflection and self-awareness only.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all journal entries, prayers, reflections, and other content you create within SoulScribe. We do not claim any rights to your content. Your words are yours.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data.
• You agree not to use SoulScribe for any unlawful purpose.
• You understand that SoulScribe is a personal tool and should not be used as a sole resource for mental health or spiritual guidance.

Subscriptions and Payments

• SoulScribe may offer subscription-based premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Intellectual Property

SoulScribe and all of its design, features, and functionality (excluding your personal content) are owned by Murat Can Cicek and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Murat Can Cicek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use SoulScribe
• Any reliance on AI insights or information provided by the app
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the app's content or functionality
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

Disclaimer of Warranties

SoulScribe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SoulScribe at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SoulScribe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
