Nooksy — AI Room Transformation

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Nooksy. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Nooksy is an AI-powered room transformation app that allows you to visualize different interior design styles for your rooms. The app uses artificial intelligence to generate visual transformations of your spaces.

Nooksy is not a substitute for professional interior design consultation. AI-generated results are approximate visualizations and may differ from actual renovation outcomes. Results should be used for inspiration and reference only.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the content you generate using Nooksy.
• You must only upload photos of spaces you own or have explicit permission to photograph.
• You must not use Nooksy to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nooksy.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload and transformations you generate using Nooksy. We do not claim any rights over your content. Generated images are stored locally on your device and are under your control.

AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated room transformations are provided for visualization purposes only.
• Results may vary in accuracy and quality depending on photo quality, lighting, and room complexity.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will be identical to real-world renovation outcomes.
• You are responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated visualizations.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Nooksy offers subscription-based premium features including unlimited transforms and watermark removal.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of Nooksy includes:

• Up to 1 room transformation per day
• Watermark on generated images

Daily limits reset at midnight local time.

Intellectual Property

Nooksy and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Murat Can Cicek and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Murat Can Cicek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use Nooksy
• Any reliance on AI-generated room visualizations
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the app's content or functionality
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nooksy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nooksy at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nooksy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
