Humanize — AI Text Humanizer

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Humanize. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Humanize is an AI-powered text transformation tool that converts AI-generated text into more natural, human-sounding text. The app is designed for personal and professional productivity purposes.

Humanize is not a substitute for professional editing, writing, or proofreading services. The transformed text is generated algorithmically and may not always meet specific quality or stylistic requirements.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you input into and generate using Humanize.
• You must ensure that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You must not use Humanize to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any transformed text before using it in any context.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all text content you input into and generate using Humanize. We do not claim any rights over your content. Since all processing is performed on your device, your content is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Humanize offers subscription-based premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Intellectual Property

Humanize and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Murat Can Cicek and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Murat Can Cicek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use Humanize
• Any reliance on text transformations or output provided by the app
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the app's content or functionality
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

Disclaimer of Warranties

Humanize is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Humanize at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Humanize after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
